NOVA customers can access their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our online reporting tool, MerchantConnect to see deposits, view chargebacks and retrievals and request customer assistance.

If you need to speak to our Customer Support Center about your account, please refer to the telephone number provided on your monthly statement or on a sticker provided on your payment device. Calling customer service via those provided numbers will ensure your call is properly routed for fastest support.

If you do not have access to your assigned customer support number, call 1-800-725-1243. Please have your Merchant Identification Number (MID) available.
